We like to make interesting car mods and show you how we've gone about it, but we can't promise that anything we show you will work for your particular car, or that you won't harm yourself, someone else, your car or your warranty doing it. Please be safe, be responsible and unless you know what you're doing, do not fool around with very serious machinery just because you've seen us make it look so easy. Talk to a qualified mechanic if you are in any doubt.

Loved this vid fellas! I've been watching for years, but as someone who restores old bikes and buikds custom motorcycles, it is so refreshing to see you guys playing with the old two-wheelers. Tumpy looked great! If i may offer a bit of advice from my own experiences over the years, is when unwrapping and assembling parts, to pop a towel down on either the floor or bench where working, so that if on the odd chance you drop something (which does happen) it doesn't get so banged up ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘Œ The beast looked very tidy. I know its normally your fortรจ, so as such my hats off to you. Take care atm, in these extraordinary surreal times. Namaste โœŒ

Hello, awesome video guys!! Would you ever consider doing a turbo build motorcycle? Iโ€™m working on one at the moment.. the bike Iโ€™m starting with is a Yamaha trx 850. But itโ€™s getting a massive change including an engine swap for an mt09 engine. Will look to fit a T35 turbo to it as well for a bit of crazy fun!!

I have a question, and I'm really just hoping to be pointed in the right direction, rather than receive a detailed explanation: What are the legal requirements for modifying vehicles in Australia? Where do you go for info, and is it even worth it to try and re-register a modified vehicle? Specifically, after I rebuild my bike as a Cafe Racer, will I actually be able to ride it? Thanks

OBD2 ports are a US Federal standard, not a California one. California had smog testing, just relied on actual testing equipment and not the honesty of manufacturers (see VW on how smart that blind trust was rewarded). But California instigated the dumbest smog control laws around. The type that made California cars the very dirtiest in the nation for decades. In the 1960s and 70s, a "smog pump" was one of the ways that helped clean up the idiotic results from morons still believing running very very rich was a great idea. Any car from the 1970s and earlier, without secondary air injection, would just billow blue (fuel filled) smoke. After the oil embargoes of the 1970s, manufacturers fixed the issue by instead running lean mixtures. Ended up that the idiots were wrong, and decades worth of airplane engines were in fact avoiding melting from lean mixes, which made it so they could fly much farther for longer. Seriously, people believed running even slightly lean would destroy your car. These idiots never learned how the US military aircraft quadrupled their flight times during WWII simply by switching to a more lean model than a rich one. (see Charles Lindbergh's contributions during WWII) One way to deal with the pollution would be to set standards, and allow manufacturers to reach them in any way they can. The California way is the make a very specific piece of equipment standard, and then ignore every single bit of advancement and ingenuity after that. It's better to seem like you're done something, than actually try to fix an issue. Fun things to do in the 1990s, take California car in to get a "smog check"; pass test. Go home, remove smog pump, get retested; fail test (no smog pump) while having much much cleaner exhaust products. Create less pollution, have a bit more horsepower (while, again, creating less pollution) and still fail since no smog pump.

Mine is a Triumph Thunderbird 900 (Triple. Three cylinders). English bikes do not have fenders, we have "Mud Guards", and no fenders on cars either, they are "Wings" on cars. Front wings, and rear/back wings. (Just some useless information for you). :-)

No dude. No. The T-120, not T-100. My wife has a Speedmaster 1200, different engine tune, but mostly the same 1200cc motor, and a ton of fun for a little cruiser. Great motor and power. Brakes, handling, nimble, all better than you'd expect before riding it. It's not apeshit fast like my Multistrada can be (I'm fully aware its not the fastest bike in the world), but unless I'm going all out, she usually keeps up just fine.
